Application Review. We review every single application. It typically takes about 1 week to hear back. If it’s a match, we’ll be in touch. So, show us who you are, the work you’ve done, and the impact it had.

Online Introduction. A first conversation to get to know each other. No deep dive yet: we want to hear about your path, why Gruppo Premiere interests you and what drives you.

In-Person Interview. A two-way conversation with key stakeholders. We evaluate your reasoning, decision-making logic, and practical experience rather than rehearsed answers. We welcome your questions about the workflow, the team, and the company’s direction, to see whether our values align with yours.

Decision Time. We share our impressions, make a decision and provide you with clear feedback. If our goals and visions coincide, we will be glad to invite you to join the Gruppo Premiere team.
